Morning! A few months back (I know, I should maybe have done this a little quicker!) I asked my Instagram and Facebook followers to give me questions to answer for my new video and it seems that you guys are all a sensible bunch and didn’t ask me anything remotely silly, preferring instead to ask about fixed gear racing, food, crashing, vintage and steel and more. Apart from the Ren and Stimpy question, which according to Dave, I answered wrongly when I said ‘Ren AND Stimpy’ because Ren is a psycho.

It was really insightful discovering to find out what kind of topic really interest you guys and I’d really like to involve everyone more in my output both on YouTube and here on my blog. I’m always really keen on hearing from you and getting feedback so please do get in touch using the comments form below. What would you like me to do more of? What can I help you with? Which topics deserve greater investigation or coverage? Let me know!

And if you’d like to discover how I answered the questions check out the video below and if you like my videos please consider subscribing.

Hello Juliet, can I ask what have you found to be the best navigation device on the bike? My eyesight is not the best so I keep looking for something that is bright and easy to read but there are so many devices on the market it is quite confusing, any suggestions?
    Thank you

      Hi Joe,
It depends on whether you are hoping to use the maps on the device or upload a route and follow turn by turn directions on the screen. I find the maps hard to use but the turn by turn directions are very clear and easy to follow on many devices.
I like the Garmin Edge 520 because along with navigation you can connect a heart rate monitor and power meter and see a lot of data on the screen.
If you only want to navigate it might be a bit a bit over the top/expensive. Unfortunately, I can’t really recommend a more basic model as I only tend to use devices such as that which allow me to view ride data.
