Okay, so I haven’t posted on here for a while but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been riding….

I work as a courier so I’ve been out on my fast bike putting in the miles. Quite how I managed to get my sprocket in this state, I’m not sure!

Apart from that, I’ve been eating a lot of cake, hanging out with my new kitten, Fenriz and working hard on setting up my new magazine which is gonna be KILLER! Official news on that coming soon!

Looks like the not ideal chainline caused the chain to eat the sprocket from the side, thinning the teeth wall and leading to unavoidable failure.
Sprocket brand? Average miles of the sprocket till failure?
    Nice blog pal.

I’ve had the same cog on my wheel for at least 5 years (working as a Courier). There has to be something more than that…
